We offer a single price per pound no matter what options you choose, including Chops, Steaks, Roasts, Ribs, Hams, Bacon, Sausage...etc

1% Sodium Nitrate in the cure / Brown sugar cure Hickory Smoke

Breakfast (Mild, Medium, Hot), Italian, or Fresh Ground

Regular, Cheddar, or Jalapeno Cheddar

We can house your hog in a covered coral and feed/water.  Price is per hog

We charge a flat rate processing fee for any size of whitetail deer

This includes back straps, round steaks, roast, and burger

We accept already skinned and quartered meat for grinding

Already deboned meat can be ground and packaged

Price per pound of beef trim/suet added to deer grind

We can slice your meat into Jerky strips

We encourage hunters to field dress their own deer

Choose from Regular, Cheddar, or Jalapeno Cheddar

Sliced Jerky - We call our signature flavor "Bold".  Bold has a little kick of heat on the back end and overall delicious.
