Cattle (Beef)

Custom processing pricing of Beef per head. Note that we have a minimum fee of $300 for processing a beef.

Standard Processing Fee - Price per hang weight

We can house your beef in a covered coral and feed/water.  Price is per animal

Hog (Pork)

Custom processing pricing of Pork per head. Note that we have a minimum fee of $250 for processing a hog.

Deer (Venison)

Processing of whitetail deer - must be properly tagged with the state. NOTE: we are currently not processing specialty meats such as Summer Sausage, Jerky, and Snack Sticks

We charge a flat rate processing fee for any size of whitetail deer

This includes back straps, round steaks, roast, and burger

Quartered Deer

We accept already skinned and quartered meat for grinding

Boneless Venison

This is an add-on charge if you wish to make deer sticks

Prices are subject to change. We do not accept beef or pork that has been treated with antibiotics and has not gone through proper withdrawal times.
