Whole Beef | BEST DEAL

Approximately 730 lbs hanging weight. We require $1000 deposit to secure one of our locally raised beef.

Yields roughly 475lbs of meat in your freezer after processing

Total: $6/lb

Steaks, Roasts, Ribs, Brisket, and Ground Beef

You Pick the Cuts (Ribeye, KC-Strips, Filets, Sirloin, T-Bone, Round, and Cube Steaks)

You Pick the Thickness of Steaks (1/2" - 1 1/2")

You Pick the Percent of Marbling (fat)

Includes: Ox tail, Heart, Liver, Tongue, Soup Bones, Short Ribs, Tallow


Half Beef

Approximately 365 lbs hanging weight. We require $500 deposit to secure half a beef.

Yields roughly 238lbs of meat in your freezer after processing

Total: $6.25/lb

Steaks, Roasts, Ribs, Brisket, and Ground Beef

You Pick the Cuts (Ribeye, Sirloin, T-Bone, Round, and Cube Steaks)

You Pick the Thickness of Steaks (1/2" - 1 1/2")

You Pick the Percent of Marbling (fat)

Ox tail, Heart, Liver, Tongue, Soup Bones, Short Ribs all included


1/4 Beef

Approximately 182 lbs hanging weight

Yields roughly 119lbs of meat in your freezer after processing

Total: $6.50/lb

Steaks, Roasts, and Ground Beef

You Pick the Cuts (Ribeye, Sirloin, T-Bone, Round, and Cube Steaks)

Beef is locally farmed raised on grass and finished on corn. Prices above are based on 1350 pound beef. Price will vary based on weight

What To Expect From Your Beef

Example Order: A Half Beef

  • 14 to 16 - 1 inch thick Ribeye Steaks
  • 14 to 16 - 1 inch thick T-bone Steaks
  • 14 to 16 - 1 inch thick Sirloin Steaks
  • 140 to 150 pounds of Ground Beef
  • 12 various kinds of Roast, approximately 3 pounds each
  • Various optional cuts like Beef Ribs, Tenderized Round Steak, Stew Meat, Brisket, etc.


* Your order will be different based on what you choose to do

* Double the above for whole beef

* Cut in half for 1/4 beef
